About Me

As both an acupuncturist and lifelong athlete, I understand that peak performance is about more than just training hard—it’s about how you move, recover, and care for your body between sessions. My practice is built around supporting individuals who push their limits—whether in business, sport, or everyday life. With a foundation in CrossFit, yoga, and orthopedic bodywork, I take a performance-based approach to health that emphasizes function, alignment, and resilience. I aim to help clients break through physical and mental barriers, restore balance, and return to the activities that inspire and energize them—with greater strength and clarity than before.

Education & Credentials

I am a California State Board Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, and Holistic Health Practitioner. My career began in holistic bodywork and evolved through years of advanced training in Eastern medicine, orthopedic techniques, and movement-based therapies. I continue to serve as a clinic supervisor and educator at Pacific College of Health & Sciences, where I mentor emerging practitioners in integrative bodywork.

My Philosophy

My treatment philosophy centers around performance medicine—an integrated model that addresses the root of dysfunction through precise, evidence-informed care. I combine classical Eastern diagnostics with orthopedic assessment and hands-on therapy to support efficient recovery and optimal function. Whether you're aiming to hit a new personal best or simply stay mobile and pain-free in a demanding lifestyle, the process begins by understanding your body’s unique patterns.

Each session draws from a five-part clinical framework:

  1. Postural & Movement Assessment – We identify muscular imbalances and faulty mechanics, especially in positions or exercises that trigger pain—like a yoga pose, a barbell lift, or even a golf swing.

  2. Acupuncture – Strategically placed needles reset the somatic nervous system, reduce inflammation, and rebalance muscular tone for immediate relief.

  3. Manual Therapy – Advanced soft tissue techniques and assisted stretching restore mobility, release fascia, and bring the body back into alignment.

  4. Breathwork – Re-trains breathing patterns that impact posture, stress response, and lymphatic flow.

  5. Therapeutic Exercise – Targeted corrective movements to reinforce changes, increase joint mobility, and enhance long-term performance.

This method delivers consistent, measurable results—often helping clients avoid surgery, minimize dependence on medication, and return to training or life with renewed confidence.
