ABOUT RYAN LEE, L.Ac.

As an avid CrossFitter, yoga practitioner, and fitness enthusiast, Ryan knows what its like to feel inhibited by pain and injury.  He is passionate about helping his clients recover and prevent injury so they can do what they love.

 

Ryan is a CA State Board Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist and Holistic Health Practitioner.  He has over 16 years of experience and is dedicated to helping his clients overcome obstacles of the body and mind so they can reach their ultimate health and fitness goals.   • Employed by Crossfit Invictus as part of the medical team treating athletes during the Southern CA Crossfit Regional Games (2013-Present)​. The Team Invictus placed st finish in the 2014 Reebok Games.

  • ​Ryan Lee, L.Ac. combines both Japanese style and Sports Medicine Acupuncture in a distinct method specializing in sports related injuries, non-sports related injuries, and chronic and post-operative pain.

  • Uses Orthopedic Manual Therapy technique to restore structural balance and improve muscular function.

  • Teaches customized therapeutic exercises to aid clients in their recovery process and encourages ongoing fitness training.

  • Prescribes herbal medicine through traditional Chinese differential diagnosis.

  • For specific injuries, Ryan will have clients take any position or movement where they have pain or discomfort (including Yoga postures, Crossfit exercises, Golf swings) and treat specifically for the sensations they experience.​
