*Our Therapeutic Exercise philosophy is based off of Egoscue Method, Qi gong and yoga movements.
*Most routines are 3-5 exercises and will only take 5-10min to perform.
*Sessions take 30-50 minutes and include assessment, exercise prescription and review. Reassessments should be done every 1-2wks until posture normalizes and symptoms resolve.
